Every piece is 3D-printed to order and packed by hand, which is why processing takes a few days. We email you a tracking link when the parcel is dispatched.
We ship to the fifty states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to freight forwarders, and we cannot guarantee delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Duties and taxes — nothing to pay on delivery
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duty and import taxes are calculated and paid by us before the parcel leaves Hungary, so the amount you pay at checkout is the full amount you pay.
We do not collect US state sales tax, because we have no nexus in any state. Depending on where you live, you may owe use tax to your own state.
If a carrier ever bills you for duty or an import fee on one of our shipments, email the invoice to [email protected] and we will reimburse it.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed on Stripe's secure form. We never see or store your card number.
Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee, since the seller is based in Hungary. That fee is set by your card issuer, not by us.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before unpacking further, and email [email protected]. If it does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We investigate with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
