The 30-day window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. This is our own promise, not a legal requirement, and it applies to orders placed on jumpandhide.com.
How to return an item
- 1. Email us — write to [email protected] with your order number and which item you want to return. Do not ship anything before you hear back.
- 2. We confirm — we reply with the return address and instructions. Parcels that arrive unannounced cannot be processed.
- 3. Ship it back — send the item within 14 days of our confirmation, to BGFOX Kft., Klapka utca 10/B, 6000 Kecskemét, Hungary. Use a tracked service; we cannot accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
- 4. Get your refund — once the parcel arrives and we have inspected it, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
You pay return shipping, which for an international return is typically $15–35 depending on the carrier and the size of the parcel. We refund the original $15 shipping charge when you return an entire order.
Condition of returned items
Return items in their original packaging with all parts included. You are welcome to unpack and inspect a product — but if it comes back showing use beyond inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
What cannot be returned
Personalized items — name signs and anything made to your own specification — are not returnable unless they are defective, because we cannot resell them.
Defective or wrong items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and you choose: replacement or full refund. Email [email protected] with photos within 30 days of delivery.
Our 24-month limited warranty (section 9 of the Terms of Service) covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear later.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap an item is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order — that way your replacement ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to reach Hungary.
