EU law gives consumers 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. We give you more: 30 days from the day you receive the goods.

How to return
- 1. Tell us — email [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return.
- 2. We confirm — we reply with the exact steps. We cannot process parcels that arrive unannounced.
- 3. Send it back — post it within 14 days of telling us, to BGFOX Kft., Klapka utca 10/B, 6000 Kecskemét, Hungary. We cannot accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
- 4. Refund — once the parcel arrives and we have checked it, we refund within 14 days using the payment method you used.
You pay the cost of sending the item back. We refund the original standard delivery charge.
Condition
Please return items in their original, undamaged packaging with all accessories. You may unpack and inspect them — but you are liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature and functioning of the goods, and we may reduce the refund accordingly.
What we cannot take back
Personalised items — for example name signs and anything printed to your own specification — cannot be returned. This follows from the law itself (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)).
If the item is faulty
That is not a return but a warranty claim, and you do not pay the postage. Email [email protected] with photos of the defect, and we will repair, replace or refund it. See section 8 of the Terms for the details.
