The exact fee always appears at checkout before you confirm the order. Free-shipping thresholds apply to the value of the goods, excluding the shipping fee.
- Processing: 1–3 working days. Every piece is printed to order and packed by hand.
- Delivery within the EU: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery to the UK: 4–8 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery to the US: 6–12 working days after dispatch.
We email you when the parcel is dispatched.
Customs and import
Shipments inside the European Union are free of customs duty. Parcels to the United Kingdom and the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): duties and import taxes are already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed on Stripe's secure payment form. Card details are handled by Stripe — the store never sees or stores them.

If the parcel arrives damaged
Inspect the parcel while the courier is still there. If it is damaged, ask for a damage record and refuse it — we can only claim against the carrier with that record. If you notice the damage after unpacking, email [email protected] with photos and we will make it right.
